Developing promotion and incentive programs for precise combinations of sellers, products and customers is too complex to be optimized by human intuition or conventional modeling techniques.
We extracted insights from historical and current product sales data, promotion effectiveness, and seller performance to develop solutions to increase the effectiveness of promotions, seller productivity and customer engagement. By examining a large set of models, we created a promotion recommender engine to meet multiple objectives including increased sales and seller engagement.

Our models uncovered ineffective promotion types, allowing the client to divert resources to more targeted data-driven promotions. This boosted performance across all tiers of sellers. The client now has increased awareness and agility to dynamically respond to changing market forces and to proactively pivot to meet new objectives. This resulted in increased sales of $100M within a 3-month period.
